Dennis Lynn Figi, age 65 of Monroe, passed away peacefully at his home on February 26, 2021 after battling amyloidosis and cancer for more than ten years. He was born on October 3, 1955 in Monroe, the son of Dewayne and Ida Marie (Larson) Figi. He lived his entire life on the farm that his great-grandfather purchased in 1900, and graduated from Monroe High School in 1973. Dennis married Debbie A. Kleckner on July 18, 2011 in Monroe, after having been together since 1981.

He was a member of The Loyal Order of Moose, the Darlington Saddle Club, and the Blackhawk Saddle Club. He enjoyed traveling, gardening and deer hunting and was a Green Bay Packer fan. Over the last decade, he took pride in making apple cider every fall, using apples harvested from the farm, and sharing the experience with a growing number of family and friends.
