Kathlyn H. Kramer, 71 of Monroe, passed away May 1, 2022, at Meriter Hospital in Madison. Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m. May 7 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lena. Visitation will take place from 4-8 p.m. May 6 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lena. Burial will take place at Lena Burial Park. Rev. Rick Bader will be officiating the service. Martin J. “Marty” Deignan Jr., 85, of Winona, MN, formerly of Monroe, died Sunday, May 1, 2022. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held May 9 at 12 p.m. at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church.
