Rolland E. Karlen, 87, Monroe, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at 11 a.m., at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church, Monroe.
