Daniel Kundert, age 32 of Monroe passed away August 23, 2022.  He was born July 1, 1990 the son of Joseph Kundert and Jackie Moon. He graduated from Monroe High School in 2008. 

He is survived by his father, Joseph (Kim Gyland) Kundert of Monroe; mother, Jackie (Taylor Triebold) Moon of Waukesha; brother, Dylan Kundert of Greenfield; paternal grandparents, Larry (Dianne) Kundert; maternal grandparents, Mike (Vicki) Moon; great paternal grandmother, Dorothy Wild; great maternal grandmother, Letta Moon; Aunts, Angie (Jay) Schumacher, Kirsten (Adam) Steinmann, Erica (Justin) Foulker, Michelle (Fred) Kelley, Uncle, Brent (Kim) Kundert, many cousins, and many friends. 

Dan was a gift from God to us, and showed all of us the meaning of unconditional love. He was a strong, intelligent, caring, and kind person. He loved working out, kayaking, being in nature, spending time with his family and loved playing with his many dogs over the years as they loved him so, most recently Mila. Dan was trying his best to take the steps to change the course of his life. He will forever be missed, and will be carried continually in his family and friend’s hearts. 

A private funeral service will be held at Schriner Hager Golke Funeral Home with Pastor Mary Gafner officiating. Condolences may be sent to the family at Shriner111.com
