Clark “Dennis” Fazel, age 84, of Monroe passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at the SSM Health Hospice Home surrounded by his family. He was born the son of Dwight and Helen (Eide) Fazel on February 6, 1942 in Perry, IA. He was a 1960 graduate of Perry High School and continued his education at the American Institute of Business in Des Moines, IA. Dennis was united in marriage to Kathryn “Kay” Daley on December 7, 1968 at St. Victor’s Catholic Church in Monroe.
Dennis started his working career in the Advertising Department of the local newspaper in Perry, IA. In 1967 he moved to Wisconsin and began working for North Central Public Service Gas Company. Dennis also had a long successful career in real estate. He obtained his Realtor License and sold real estate with Century 21 from 1972-1985; he then became a Real Estate Appraiser from 1985-2014.
Dennis was a member of the Alpine Curling Club, and enjoyed league bowling. He was an avid golfer and loved to golf with friends; he was also a longtime member of the Perry Golf and Country Club. He enjoyed going dancing and traveling, taking many trips to Disney World.
Dennis is survived by his daughter, Dani (Dan DeNure) Jackson; his grandchildren, Hayden and Collin Jackson all of Monroe; brothers, Christopher (Sharon) Fazel of Virginia Beach, VA and Richard Fazel of Rippy, IA; brother-in-law, Mike (Jeannine) Daley; sister-in-law, Denise (Dennis) Klang; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Kay in 2023; daughter, Kimberly Fazel in 1988; sisters-in-law, Colleen Daley and Mary Daley; and brother-in-law, Jerry Daley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026 at St. Victor’s Catholic Church of Christ the King Pastorate at 11:00 AM with Father Chahm Gahng as celebrant. Burial will be held at a later date in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00pm on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home.
