Charles “Chuck” Wolfe Jr., 75, of Monroe passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at the SSM Health Hospice Home.  He was born on June 7, 1950 the son of Charles and Mary (Doll) Wolfe Sr.  He was a graduate of Madison East High School. Chuck was united in marriage to Christy McMillan on April 17, 1971 in Madison.

Chuck proudly served in the Army National Guard. He worked for over 20 years at Oscar Mayer; he later worked for American Family Insurance, Research Products, Walgreens, and his last job was in the bakery at The Pig. He enjoyed fishing, and took pride in teaching his grandchildren to fish; camping and was part of the “Jolly Jesters.” He lived to watch his children and grandchildren play sports, he enjoyed coaching his children and many others for many years. Chuck was a devoted Chicago Bears fan, and was always cheering them on.

Chuck is survived by his children, Jodi Golembiewski of Monroe, and Scott Wolfe of Monroe; 3 grandchildren, Max, Sophie, and Carter; and siblings, Sandy Larsen of Queen Creek, AZ, Jim (Peggy) Wolfe of Madison, Perry Wolfe of Muscoda, and Jeff (Linda) Wolfe of Madison.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brother-in-law, Larry Larson; and son-in-law, Toby Golembiewski. 

A Celebration of Chuck’s Life will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 2:00-4:00 PM at Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home.
