Charles “Chuck” A. Sulzer, age 67, of Monroe passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. He was born on January 6, 1958 the son of Alfred and Betty (Hanson) Sulzer. He graduated from Monroe High School in 1976. Chuck worked at Advance Transformer for 20 years. He later was an over the road truck driver. Chuck enjoyed riding his Harley, attending Cheese Days with family, collecting Hot Wheels, shopping trips and spending time with his niece Tammy, whom he missed greatly.
Chuck is survived by his siblings, Bill (Maxine) Sulzer of Sandy, UT, Bev Andrews of Monroe, Jean (Greg) Cook of Naperville, IL, Barb Anderson of Monroe, Fred (Brenda) Sulzer of Monroe, Kris Koehler of Wauwatosa, and Hidee (Jeff) Neuenschwander of Gross Point Shores, MI. He is further survived by countless nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents; brother, Paul; niece, Tammy Andrews; nephew, Todd David Andrews; brother-in-law, Gerald Andrews; and sister-in-law, Kim Sulzer.
A Celebration of Chuck’s Life will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Shriner Hager Gohlke Funeral Home from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
