Bonny L. Block, age 64, of Monroe passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2022 surrounded by family.  Bonny was born on June 12, 1958 in Lancaster, WI to Geraldine Edge and Cecil Block.

Bonny worked at Azura Memory Care for 15 years, she was a people person who enjoyed careers that allowed her to connect with many people.  She enjoyed caregiving, her dog Baxter, going on vacation with her sisters and the outdoors.  Bonny had such a special connection with animals and they brought her much joy throughout her life.  Her compassion and love of life will be greatly missed and always remembered.

Bonny is survived by her mother, Geraldine, her daughter, Whitney (Kris) Hasler; grandson, Treyton Hasler; her sisters, JoAnn (Tom) Pinch, Patti (Mike) Jones, Zelda (Greg) Faherty; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Loretta Edge; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Grace Block; father, Cecil Block; and her brother, Brian Block. 

A Celebration of Bonny’s Life will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 12:00 PM Noon until 3:00 PM at SHRINER HAGER GOHLKE Funeral Home.
