Anthony “Tony” Jones, age 84, of Darlington formerly of Juda, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the SSM Health Hospice Home.  He was born on May 26, 1940 the son of Joseph and Pauline (Affolter) Jones.  He graduated from Juda High School in 1958.  Tony was united in marriage to Diane Broge on October 27, 1973. 

Tony farmed after high school until 1996 outside of Juda.  After retiring he worked for Monroe Truck Equipment and later as a custodian at Walmart.  Ten years ago, Tony moved to Darlington where he kept busy working at Piggly Wiggly.  He loved all sports; especially the Badgers and Packers.  Tony enjoyed spending his time listening to country music and cooking. 

Tony is survived by his children; Stephanie (Ryan) Clark, Jennifer (Bruce) Jenson, and Jessica (Jim) Seffrood; grandchildren, Sara Clark, Natalie, Brett, and Trace Jenson, and Owen and Tucker Seffrood; brother, Joe (Julie) Jones; nephews, Doug (Pattie Dunwiddie) Jones and Travis Jones; niece, Tami Powell; and the mother of his children, Diane Jones.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Kathleen Harder; and nephews, Rich and James Harder.
