MONROE - A free yard waste drop-off for residents of the city of Monroe only will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Streets and Sanitation Department at 1064 5th Ave.

Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, garden plants, sticks and branches.
