MONROE - The Ward 4 seat on the City of Monroe Common Council received eight write-in votes during the spring election April 2. Seven people received one vote each, with the name of the remaining vote not yet determined. Those receiving a vote are Eric Wild, David Wueckerly, Annette Voegli, Robert Moe, Rich Mulcahy, Jerry Muth and Sara Conway.

Absentee ballots are due Friday. Verification of all names and votes will take place during the election caucuses Monday, April 8.
