Our community is exceptionally fortunate to have such a glorious arts facility as the Monroe Arts Center, which provides residents with performances, gallery exhibits, and other exciting events year round."

Balsiger attended the Monona Academy of Dance, Vibeology Dance Network, and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Theater/Dance Department. As a dance instructor, she is dedicated to bringing quality instruction in proper dance techniques and performance skills to students.
