MONROE - A Brodhead woman was charged Friday with child abuse after she allegedly slapped a toddler across the face earlier in the week. Angela AnnMarie Kazar, 25, was charged with recklessly causing harm to a child through abuse, a Class I felony. The abuse allegedly occurred Wednesday, when Kazar was babysitting the child.
