MONROE - The Monroe Water Utility is moving its billing department to City Hall, 1110 18th Ave., June 16.
To more effectively service customers, payment and payment agreements can be made at the treasure's office from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. City Hall also has two drop boxes, one located at the front door of City Hall and the other a drive-up white mailbox located across from the post office. Payments will no longer be accepted at the Water Utility office, 1065 5th Ave., as of this date.
