By Todd Richmond Associated Press MADISON - Gov. Scott Walker said Thursday he never intended to dramatically rewrite the University of Wisconsin System's mission statement, even as a December email showed his administration clearly ordered that it drop a guiding principle known as the "Wisconsin Idea."
