Tuition at all but two UW System universities will increase 5 percent this coming academic year.

Tuition at UW-Platteville is increasing from $7,126 in 2024—25 to $7,482 in 2025—26, a $356 increase.

Tuition at UW-Madison is increasing $500 from $10,006 to $10,506. Tuition at UW-Milwaukee is increasing $439 to $9,211.

The only UW schools not increasing tuition by 5 percent are UW-River Falls, up 5.8 percent to $7,530, and UW-Green Bay, up 4 percent to $7,410.

Other 2025-26 UW tuition: La Crosse, $8,750; Eau Claire, $8,328; Stout $8,101; Stevens Point, $7,747; Whitewater, $7,475; Superior, $7,436; Oshkosh, $7,414; Parkside, $7,327.
