SHULLSBURG TOWNSHIP - No injuries were reported after a truck pulling a trailer fishtailed and hit a semi-truck causing both to end up in the ditch along Wisconsin 11 in Shullsburg Township on Monday.
Jeffrey Foley, 56, Rewey, was eastbound in a 2006 Ford truck pulling a trailer when he lost control due to the icy roadway. The trailer fishtailed and swung out across the opposite lane and hit a semi-truck owned by Economy Feed Mills driven by Rodney Bradley, 64, Glen Haven. Wis. 11 was closed for about two hours while the trucks were removed.
The semi-truck landed in a field and was towed from the scene. Foley's truck was moderately damaged.
Shullsburg Ambulance, Shullsburg Fire Department and deputies assisted at the scene.
