MONROE - Trick-or-treat hours for the City of Monroe will be from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31.
The official time, set Monday by the Public Safety Committee, coincides with the Main Street Halloween Parade, which begins at 4:30 p.m. at the Monroe Middle School. The parade will proceed around the Square and end at the middle school, with bags of goodies for children being distributed at the end of the route.
