MONROE - In honor of the Apostolate to the Handicapped's 40th anniversary, the Monroe Times is publishing a special salute to the organization.
It will be published June 4, just before a statue of Monsignor Thomas Campion is dedicated at St. Victor Church during a special ceremony June 6. Campion is the founder of the Apostolate.
The Times welcomes readers to submit letters with their memories or well wishes for the Apostolate, Campion or on St. Victor's upcoming 150th anniversary for possible publication. Letters should include the author's name and hometown and should be 400 words or less.
