MADISON - The Monroe Times won numerous awards for both news and advertising in the 2011 Wisconsin Newspaper Association Foundation's annual Better Newspaper Contest.
WNA's membership includes 32 daily and 190 weekly newspapers. The awards were announced at the WNA/AP annual convention in Madison Friday, Feb. 24.
