MONROE - It's time to get your letter to Santa in to The Monroe Times.
Area children are invited to submit their letters to Santa to the Times for publication in the annual "Letters to Santa" special section.
The section will be published in The Monroe Times on Friday, Dec. 12. All letters also will be entered in a drawing from which six will be selected to receive a $25 cash prize.
Children through age 12 are eligible to enter. Letters should include the child's name, age, address and telephone number. Letters can be sent to: Letters to Santa, Monroe Times News Dept., P.O. Box 230, Monroe, WI 53566 or e-mailed to newsclerk@themonroetimes.com.
Teachers also can submit letters written in their classes. Teachers should include the students' first and last names, grade level and school.
