Three accept new roles with Clinic

MONROE - Monroe Clinic announced that Patricia Lawson, Jane Monahan and Erin Daniels accepted new roles at the clinic.

Lawson joins Monroe Clinic's business development team as the organization's director of marketing/community relations. In her position, she leads community outreach, marketing and public relations. She also acts as the organization's public information officer and executes marketing and communication strategy for the organization.

Before joining Monroe Clinic, Lawson worked with agri-business accounts at an advertising agency. She also has experience in rural health care marketing. Her family owned and operated a 300-acre farm in Darlington since 1992.

Monahan was recently promoted to the senior management team as the vice president of human resources. In her new role she plans, organizes and leads human resources, organizational development and education services. Monahan also works with the administrative team with corporate compliance as well as other mission, vision and strategic priorities.

Monahan joined Monroe Clinic as the human resources director in 2010. Before joining the organization, she was a human resources manager/trainer for Colony Brands. Monahan also serves on the United Way of Green County board and previously served as a Monroe Chamber board member. She resides in Monroe with her husband.

Daniels, MBA, PHR, was promoted from human resources coach to director. She leads the development, structure and daily operations of the department while inspiring, motivating and coaching the human resources team. Daniels joined the organization in 2008 and resides with her husband in Monroe. They also own and operate a dairy farm in Juda.
