MONROE - St. Victor Catholic Church in Monroe is hosting its fall festival Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 3-4. There will be a homemade spaghetti and meatball dinner from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday night and chicken barbecue dinner from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Carryouts will be available. All events are at Saint Victor Parish School and Church on 20th Avenue in Monroe.
Other activities Saturday include a silent auction from 5 to 10 p.m., Huge DJ Service from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m., and special games including spinning wheel, and Nintendo Wii Challenge.
Sunday's festivities open with a Polka mass featuring the Greg Anderson Band at 9 a.m., St. Victor's Got Talent Show from 1 to 3 p.m. and the Wii challenge from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A special silent auction continues from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday featuring many special gifts donated by parishioners.
Both days include games, Fall Harvest sale, refreshments and plenty of fun.
