BRODHEAD - The Friends of the Brodhead Public Library will present the Green County Country Potpourri Market from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays of each month beginning May 18 and ending Oct. 19 in the library parking lot, 1207 25th St.

The market will feature artisan creations and crafts, and fresh produce. A courtesy booth for vendors and shoppers will be available each week featuring free coffee, lemonade, tea or some other beverage along with water.

All local and regional vendors who deal in handmade items or home grown, produced, canned or baked items may apply for a spot in the market. Booth fees support the Brodhead Public Library's programs and purchases of books and other materials.

The booth costs $50 for the season if submitted by Wednesday, May 1. The fee is $12 per week for vendors if rented weekly.

Applications are available at the library at 608-897-4070 or by calling 608-531-4780 or 608-558-5828.
