MONROE - The City of Monroe Utilities will be doing routine maintenance work from April 27 and through Oct. 31. Maintenance work will include: Hydrant flushing, valve-turning, sewer-jetting and sewer-televising Residents are reminded that some discoloration may occur in their water. The discoloration is caused by encrusted minerals being flushed from the walls of the mains.
