MONROE - The Monroe City Band will begin rehearsals on Monday, Oct. 14 for its annual Holiday Concert held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8 in the sanctuary of the Monroe United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St. The free concert is open to the public. The band will be collecting non-perishable items for the Green County Food Pantry at the door.
