Raptor program set at high school

MONROE — Monroe Parks and Recreation is hosting a one-hour “Share a Raptor Experience” program from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. July 26 in the Monroe High School Gymnasium. The Monroe Kiwanis is sponsoring this educational program for participants in first grade to adult. 

Attendees will meet several raptors and learn about their natural history, breeding, habitat and behaviors. There is no cost, but participants must register by calling the Parks and Recreation office at 329-2460.
