Publication dates change during holidays

Due to both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day falling on distribution days for the Monroe Times, the newspaper will only put out Saturday editions between Dec. 25 and Jan. 4.

Christmas Day falls on Wednesday, Dec. 25, and New Year’s Day falls on Wednesday, Jan. 1. There is no postal mail on these days, so the Times will not produce newspapers for these dates.

Delivery will proceed as scheduled for the Saturday papers on Dec. 28 and Jan. 4. Subscribers will be credited for the two editions the newspaper will not publish due to the holiday.
