MONROE - John Baumann, from the Monroe Main Street Board of Directors, will present a second opportunity to see the immediate future plans for Downtown and Beyond at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 at the Monroe Arts Center.
The presentation will be geared specifically to downtown business operators who have not been able to see or respond to the plans to renovate the downtown Square, and for those who were unable to attend the Mahan-Rykiel presentations last week.
