Novak ceremony is Dec. 30

DODGEVILLE - Representative-Elect Todd Novak, R-Dodgeville, announced that he will be holding an in-district inauguration ceremony at 3 p.m. Dec. 30 in the main courtroom at the Iowa County Courthouse, 222 N. Iowa St.

The Honorable Bill Dyke will be presiding. Reception to immediately follow the ceremony. The event is open to constituents and the media. Novak takes office on Jan. 5.

Novak currently serves as the mayor of Dodgeville and is retiring from his position as associate editor of the Dodgeville Chronicle. He is entering his first-term in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Novak was elected to serve the 51st Assembly District, which includes parts of Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland and Sauk counties.
