MONROE — There will be no garbage or recycling collection in the City of Monroe on Monday due to the Labor Day holiday. 

All residents will be serviced one day later than their normal service day. Monday routes will be done on Tuesday, Tuesday routes will be done on Wednesday, and so forth for the entire week.
