GREEN COUNTY — On Oct. 8 the US Treasury Department released a new forgiveness application form for borrowers who received PPP loans under $50,000. This new form requires no calculations.

Please note, these forms are provided by the Treasury and SBA directly. Banks may use an online portal or another form. If interested, it is recommended contacting a bank before submitting any application for forgiveness.
