MONROE - A 33-year-old Monroe man with three convictions of driving while intoxicated was arrested again over the weekend on the same charge.

Justin J. Norder faces his fourth DWI charge following a stop for speeding early Saturday morning, according to Monroe police.

An officer observed Norder speeding in the 2200 block of 16th Street at 1:18 a.m. and caught up with him on 19th Street at County K. After detecting the odor of alcohol on his breath, the officer conducted field sobriety tests on Norder and then took him to Monroe Clinic for a mandatory blood draw to determine his blood-alcohol level.

Norder was also cited for speeding, then jailed pending a cash bond.

Norder's DWI convictions include offenses in May 2004 and August 2006 in Dane County.
