MONROE - Keri Ellefson was crowned Monday as Monroe Dairy Queen at the United Methodist Church.

She is the daughter of Ranee Ellefson and Steve Jones and Steve and Dee Prisk. She will be a junior at Monroe High School.

The runner-up was Cassie Einbeck, daughter of Kathy and Brian Einbeck.
