MONROE - On Nov. 21, the Monroe Common Council:
• Heard an announcement from Mayor Louis Armstrong, who stated that the city had again received funds from the Urban Forestry Grant.
• Appointed Alderman Michael Boyce to the Green County Development Corporation Board in place of Brooke Bauman for the remainder of her unserved position until Dec. 31, and from Jan. 1 until the end of 2020.
• Approved of a severance package for city Records Supervisor Debra L. Arnsmeier on a unanimous vote.
