MONROE - The City of Monroe and Rock Road Companies Inc. have scheduled an informational meeting for all residents and businesses in the 8th Street area reconstruction project. The meeting will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the basement cafeteria of the Behring Senior Center, 1113 10th St., Monroe.
