MONROE - Life is certainly good for Monroe's Brian Saugstad. Now retired after a career in teaching and coaching, he takes time to enjoy life while keeping his hand in community involvement. Saugstad was born in Fort Atkinson while his father attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
