MONROE - An existing local partnership that provides free mobility aid equipment for temporary use has expanded. For the past several years, those in need of mobility aid equipment have been able to borrow crutches, wheelchairs, walkers, shower stools and other related items free of charge from the Monroe Clinic physical therapy department, made available by the Apostolate to the Handicapped. Due to recent changes on the Monroe Clinic campus, St. Vincent de Paul will now be holding the equipment.
