DARLINGTON - The Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County will host a community blood drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25 at in the conference room at the hospital, 800 Clay St.
Potential donors must be at least 17, or 16 years old with parental permission form available at www.bloodcenter.org. Donors must weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. or Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center donor card is required to donate. Donors who last gave blood on or before July 31 are eligible to give blood at this drive.

Blood donation will take about 45 minutes to one hour. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure may be accepted as eligible donors.
