MONDAY, JUNE 16

• The City of Monroe Board of Public Works will meet at 4:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include review and recommendation of a revised agreement between Green County, City of Monroe and State of Wisconsin DOT for Green County Justice Center detention pond.

• The City of Monroe Public Safety Committee will meet at 5 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include discussion and possible recommendation of an ordinance for neighborhood electric vehicles.

• The Lafayette County Building and Insurance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in courthouse conference room 202. Agenda items include discussion and possible action regarding bids for air conditioning system.

• The Sylvester Town Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at town hall.

TUESDAY, JUNE 17

• The City of Monroe Historic Preservation Commission will met at noon at city hall. Agenda items include review of "Historic Downtown Monroe Design Guidelines" booklet.

• The City of Monroe Judiciary and Ordinance Review Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include review and recommendation to Council to consider adoption of ordinance amending city code for mixed use development.

• The City of Monroe Community Improvement Committee will meet at 6:15 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include approval of plans for Fastenal in Monroe Business and Industrial Park.

• The City of Monroe Finance & Taxation Committee will meet at 6:25 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include review and recommendation to Council to approve resolution adopting procedure for approval of expenditures from TIF district #7.

• The City of Monroe License Committee will meet at 6:50 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include review and recommendations to approve liquor, fermented malt beverage, dance and other misc. license renewals.

• The City of Monroe Salary & Personnel Committee will meet at 6:55 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include discussion of vacant City Administrator position and proposal from Public Administration Associates and possible take action.

• The Monroe City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include public hearing and roll call vote on water utility billing procedures ordinances.

• The Darlington Community School District Board of Education will meet at 8 p.m. in the board meeting room at the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include recommendations to hire an assistant football coach and newspaper advisor.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18

• The School District of Juda Curriculum, Policy and Handbook Committee will meet at 2 p.m. in the district office.

• The City of Monroe Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners will meet at 5:15 p.m. at the community center. Agenda items include discussion of fencing at Recreation Park and determine course of action.

THURSDAY, JUNE 19

• The Village of Albany Finance and Insurance Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. in village hall. Agenda items include consideration and approval of a 3 percent water rate increase.

• The Monroe Town Board will meet at 7 p.m. at town hall. Agenda items include passage of 2008-2009 liquor licenses.

FRIDAY, JUNE 20

• The Monroe Main Street Economic Restructuring Committee will meet at noon at Turner Hall. Agenda items include preparing a detailed work plan.
