TOWN OF SYLVESTER - A Brodhead man was arrested for his fourth driving while intoxicated offense after Green County Sheriff's Department deputies stopped his vehicle for an equipment violation Saturday.
Tom A. Keyser, 32, was arrested for DWI and misdemeanor bail jumping early Saturday morning after deputies stopped him in the N2900 block of County S, Town of Sylvester. Keyser was also cited for driving a motorcycle without a Class M endorsement and improper lamp color. Keyser was jailed pending court.
Online court records show Keyser was charged with DWI on Feb. 22. No other convictions or charges in the state could be found.
