TOWN OF PRIMROSE - A 27-year-old man who died Saturday in a one-vehicle accident south of Mount Vernon has been identified as Joseph Stehura, the Wisconsin State Journal reported Monday.

Stehura failed to negotiate a curve and his pickup truck left the roadway and rolled before landing about 50 feet off the road in a creek off of Wisconsin 92 in the Town of Primrose, according to the report. He died at the scene. Dane County and Mount Horeb officials responded to the crash.
Speed and alcohol appear to be contributing factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
