MONROE - Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton will be at Monroe City Hall at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, to make a presentation regarding new small business programs available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. A majority of Monroe Commom Council members may be present.
