BRODHEAD - Work has begun to reconstruct the intersection of Wisconsin 59 and Wis. 104 on the Green/Rock County line.
The project will remove a curved section of highway and construct a stop-controlled, three-way intersection. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of September.
Wis. 104 is detoured using County B, Wis. 59/213, U.S. 14 and Wis. 92.
Wis. 59 is open at this time but will be closed and detoured later in the project. Motorists are advised to follow posted detour signs and to use caution in the area.
