JANESVILLE - Harris Ace Hardware has recently promoted Dan Riemer to general manager, according to Dave Riemer, president.
In his new position Riemer will manage the complete operations of the five Harris Ace stores in Janesville, Beloit and Monroe.
Riemer has been a Harris Ace Hardware employee for 10 years. During that time, he worked as an inventory control manager, assistant store manager and store manager of three of the Harris Ace stores. He graduated from Craig High School in 2002 and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2006.
Harris Ace Hardware currently operates five hardware stores, two in Janesville, two in Beloit and one in Monroe.
