MONROE - Miss Wisconsin USA 2012 Emily Guerin arrived in New York City Sunday afternoon to begin a quick media tour in advance of the Miss USA Competition Sunday, June 3.
Guerin, a Monroe native and a 2007 graduate of Monroe High School, is scheduled to be interviewed along with other contestants on the "Today Show" on Tuesday, May 8.
Other media appearances planned are an interview on "Live With Kelly," also on Tuesday; interview on "Fox and Friends" on Wednesday, May 9; live on the "Wendy Williams Show" on Wednesday; and interviews on Sirius XM Radio Wednesday.
While in New York, Guerin is also scheduled to meet Donald Trump at Trump Towers, take part in a volunteer event and sight-seeing cruise.
She is scheduled to depart for Las Vegas next week to prepare for the Miss USA contest, which will be held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. The pageant is scheduled to air live at 8 p.m. CDT.
Guerin is the daughter of Lance and Diana Guerin. She was crowned Miss Wisconsin USA in September.
