MADISON - Gary Grossen, Juda, has received certification as a Master Cheesemaker in havarti and gouda, in addition to cheddar, muenster and brick, after completing the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker program in April. The program had three new and four returning Master Cheesemakers who graduated. With the 2013 graduates, Wisconsin has 56 active Masters.
