This aerial view, which was taken in the fall of 1973, is one of several aerial views that will be included in the "Monroe Area Pictorial History." Rosa's greenhouses, St. Clare Hospital, the 5th Street water tower and the Monroe Manor can be seen in the photo. Green County Historical Society is now offering a pre-publication special on the new book. Those who pay for five or more books before June 4 will pay $20 for each book.
