MONROE - There will be garbage and recycle collection for the City of Monroe on until 11 a.m. Wednesday. Garbage and recycle carts should be at the curb by 7 a.m.

There will not be garbage and recycle collection on New Year's Day. Garbage and recycle collection for Thursday will be collected on Friday. Garbage and recycle carts should be at the curb by 7 a.m. Friday.
