MONROE — Yard waste drop off for City of Monroe residents opened on Wednesday, April 3 at the Street Department at 1064 5th Avenue. 

It will take be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays. There will be no attendant on site.

Yard waste drop off rules: Bags and boxes must be emptied and placed in barrels; no garbage; no lumber; no metal; no furniture; no items containing freon; no tires; and no plastic pots or containers.
